About this app

VPMAccess works with VisionVPM for recording and completing digital consent forms, clinical examinations, treatment tasks for hospitalised patients, stock transfers and stocktakes.

Clients can verify their details on the mobile device, take photos of their pets and digitally sign consent forms for their animal's treatment through VPMAccess. This information is immediately saved and available in VisionVPM.

Staff can use VPMAccess to record hospitalisation tasks for patients with the information automatically available in your hospital window in VisionVPM, which of course can be displayed on a big screen in your clinic.

Stock transfers between departments and completion of stocktakes are able to be done digitally through the VPMAccess app. Use the scanner functionality on your mobile device to scan the product barcodes or select the stock items from a list.

VPMAccess can be installed and run on multiple devices in the clinic at one time so one can be used out the front for clients to use, another device in your hospital and another device out the back for stock transfers.

All the above functionality is available on a tablet. The stock transfer and stocktake functionality is available on a phone.

A current VisionVPM licence is needed to use the VPMAccess app.
