updated after helpful response to support ticket: Minor inconvenience is still that: - it doesn't show if it was arm stay/away in the activity log and I can't filter the log on user/partition - it's annoying that I can't sort by name/partition or filter by partition in the devices list. - I can't assign devices to partitions in the app Would be nice to be able to enable open/close history on sensors without them being armed so I can see if doors were opened/closed even if panel was disarmed.

The app does not work properly, push notifications when alarms go off do not work. Contacted by admin, who took the info but no resolution to date. Further to the response provided by Tyco, on repository synchronization. This cannot be possible as all other features of the app continue to work except for push notifications. Really? Tyco needs to do better.

Too slow to log in with fingerprint and pin. Also the main controls you use frequently to arm and disarm only appear once you swipe up. These should be the first things visible to users. Also my phone is on silent and on occasion a siren goes off to let me know the alarm has armed. It should not be doing this. Happens about 30% of the time.
