Azuga ELD is a powerful but easy to use tablet-based service certified with US Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations for electronic logs and vehicle inspections. Regulations for electronic driving and vehicle inspection logs have become commonplace to ensure the veracity of driver tablet input and ensured compliance with regulations. VisTracks Hours of Service is compliant with federal and state regulations as well as Canadian regulations.

A key differentiator for Azuga ELD is the ability to support numerous Android tablet brands. An owner-operator, for example, can purchase an inexpensive Android tablet or use his/her smartphone and be fully compliant using Azuga ELD. In addition, several ELD hardware brands are supported, including name brands such as CalAmp, Geometris, and Digi as well as other brands throughout a broad price range. Most other Hours of Service vendors require the customer to purchase custom hardware which is expensive and difficult to upgrade. Azuga ELD provides total flexibility for hardware selection and monetary investment.

My only complaint is that when you're 2 hrs from the end of the day, it starts warning you every few minutes by lighting up the home screen on the tablet. It's very distracting, especially in the dark. I know perfectly well how many hours I have left in a day, i don't need that.

The app is garbage. The device connects via Bluetooth and has issues connecting to your phone, if that's what your using. I highly dislike it and am planning on going back to samsara. This eld is not worth the price I'm paying and I highly don't recommend, unless you plan on having a dedicated device hooked up to it.
