The BeneFit program offers a mechanism that allows you to earn points when you undergo a health check, complete lifestyle questionnaires or participate in a physical activity.
The more points you earn, the more rewards you get.



■Check your BeneFit age
Fill out the BeneFit Health Check questionnaire to see how old you are in terms of wellness and how different it is from your actual age.
Furthermore, you can carry out assessments on your diet or lifestyle. When you do this, points will be awarded automatically.

■Keep your data under control

You can enter and check the data collected for medical measurements (blood pressure, body mass index, glucose and cholesterol level) to take care of your health conditions. When you do this, points will be awarded automatically.

■Improve your well-being
Your initiatives for better well-being, including physical activity exercises, will be evaluated in the form of points.

■Enjoy your healthy lifestyle
BeneFit helps you enjoy your healthy lifestyle. For example, you can receive a voucher when you reach your weekly activity goal.
You can also get a discount on your holiday booking or you can purchase a fitness device at a discounted price.

*Your training data must be interconnected with BeneFit. Your data collected from fitness devices such as Fitbit or Polar can be linked to the BeneFit app as well as the Health app for iOS.
