Vitesse Running Coach is a great tool for runners of all levels - Beginners, 5K,10K, Half Marathon or Marathon trainees.

The Coach generates a personal plan for you using our advanced AI algorithms and adapts it based on your progress. Activate Coach, choose your preferred distance and the days you are available to train. If you skip a workout, your plan will be auto-adjusted based on your past runs.

Follow the exact same workouts as long-distance Olympic runners! All 50+ workouts in your training plan are created by professional athletes - both runners and coaches, that have been part of Rio 2016 Summer Olympics.

Divided into different categories, they are fit for running enthusiasts ranging from Beginners to Marathon trainees.

The different intensity levels will improve your running dramatically. You will get the most complex and practical training experience. The intensity tags in the app indicate what each workout is preparing you for:

- Basic Endurance run - this is the foundation of your running training. It helps your capillary system and makes your body more efficient by using more fats for fuel.
- Speed Endurance run - all the intervals included in the red tag are designed to advance both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance, while your V02max is improving as well.
- Strength Endurance run - this is where you push your limits and train your body to perform at high intensity for a short duration of time.
- Recovery run - the type that your body needs to absorb the benefits of your running workouts and help you build even more endurance to make running more enjoyable.


Follow your pace in real-time during each running interval of your workout. Connect a fitness band to track your heart rate during your workout. Check the detailed statistics once you're finished to understand better how to improve your performance. You can see how you did during each interval and know what skills you need to develop further.
