Unfortunately, after the latest update, it's very difficult to pair the mini reader to the phone, and when that happens, it doesn't keep the Bluetooth pairing in memory and next time it asks again to make the pairing. It gets in a neverending loop... Bad update. Please fix it Can't find you on Facebook. What kind of support is this?

Every time I open the app it asks for location, storage, to set a PIN, etc. Every time. Why is that? After reinstalling and logging in with the same account I got a new terminal id which now I have to update everywhere that it was declared. Cards are not getting read. Mobiles are getting read though.

Quite impressed. I had put one star and now 5 cause talking to a bot is not as bad as I thought. You can ask many questions any time and as long as you want and this helped me alot to understand about viva wallet.Vertification can take awhile but it's worth the wait.You can have a digital wallet instead of physical which is also very cool The only thing I kinda disagree is paying nearly 3 euros monthly when obtaining a physical card for personal use starting from April 2024.
