Total scam experience. I paid ₹3,133 for extra baggage. The money was deducted from my account, but SpiceJet failed to update it on my boarding pass. I had to manage without the service I paid for. To make matters worse, the flight (SG 554) was delayed by 2 hours with NO accountability. Trying to call their "customer service" is a joke—I called every number on their list and NO ONE picked up. They are happy to take your money but disappear when it’s time to provide the service

Never book a flight with Spice Jet! The flight scheduled for 8:15 am took off at 9:30 pm being rescheduled 4times without proper prior intimation. They deliberately do this to fly with a full aircraft, without any consideration of passenger's situation. 95% were blue-collar staff who couldn't complain. After a lot of arguments, we forced them to provide some refreshments for them. That too was cheaply managed by just 2pieces of idli & a 250ml water bottle. Worst Airline & Management!

First of all , they can the flight timings without informing the passenger earlier. At least inform the passenger 8-10 hours earlier, so that he can manage his time table and work accordingly to flight timings 👎👎. Second one is you can web check in through the app, you have to wait in queue at the airport. Third one is their flights always gets late at least half an hour. I travelled several times through Spicejet and every time my flight gets late . Very pathetic experience 😡😡
