very poor. This is not even showing my booked tickets even after logging in with my mobile number. Every time I have to enter the pnr number. Check-in status and baggage status is also not updated in this. Can be used only for ticket booking. The Air India application was showing every update of baggage status, flight delay status, gate number and even gate change alert. Spicejet application is not even 5 percent of it.

its just trash never books correct flight i booked for different time they gave me some other flight when i tried to reschedule it they rescheduled me to same aircraft same time i just payed extra so i can fly in same aircraft

The airline cancelled the flight on its own, yet my refund has been pending from 15 days. Multiple reminders have gone unanswered. Customers should not be forced to chase refunds for an airline’s mistake. Extremely poor customer handling.
