very poor. This is not even showing my booked tickets even after logging in with my mobile number. Every time I have to enter the pnr number. Check-in status and baggage status is also not updated in this. Can be used only for ticket booking. The Air India application was showing every update of baggage status, flight delay status, gate number and even gate change alert. Spicejet application is not even 5 percent of it.

Despite promptly informing SpiceJet of a clearly inadvertent duplicate booking caused by payment gateway failures, the airline did not take responsibility or offer any meaningful help. The booking remained active and no practical solution was provided, even though the error was obvious from two identical bookings made within minutes. Greater accountability and customer support in genuine error cases would significantly improve the experience.

Fraud and looter company. Spicejet made us cancel the flight ticket for only name correction in first name with extra 4 alphabets in name where middle and last name was right although we requested it 6 days prior from our flight. Do not book spicejet.
