very poor. This is not even showing my booked tickets even after logging in with my mobile number. Every time I have to enter the pnr number. Check-in status and baggage status is also not updated in this. Can be used only for ticket booking. The Air India application was showing every update of baggage status, flight delay status, gate number and even gate change alert. Spicejet application is not even 5 percent of it.

Made a flight booking through Yatra. com, when i try to web check in it shows "invalid details". Contacted customer support of both companies, and couldn't even get a real human to talk to me, it was all just automated responses telling me to follow the exact same steps i had already followed. Highly dissatisfied, would never recommend to anyone.

I booked a SpiceJet ticket and tried multiple times to add a meal to my booking, but the system is not working. I emailed customer feedback twice and did not receive any proper response. This is highly unprofessional and stressful for passengers traveling soon. Kindly fix the app issues and improve customer support very bad service
