Total scam experience. I paid ₹3,133 for extra baggage. The money was deducted from my account, but SpiceJet failed to update it on my boarding pass. I had to manage without the service I paid for. To make matters worse, the flight (SG 554) was delayed by 2 hours with NO accountability. Trying to call their "customer service" is a joke—I called every number on their list and NO ONE picked up. They are happy to take your money but disappear when it’s time to provide the service

Not a good experience with SpiceJet. Due to their delay, my family missed their connecting international flight. They gave an alternate flight after 12 hours, but no proper support. They were not even allowed to stay inside the airport overnight despite having a boarding pass. No coordination, no assistance, no responsibility. Very stressful experience. Not recommended.”

Very bad experience I had my flight and few hours before they cancelled it than they rescheduled my flight next day same time and than again cancelled it, I will never recommend anybody to go with it. From my side I will blocked it for lifetime. Very bad management and service their helpline numbers are also not working, nobody recieved call. Worst airline, services, behaviour evrything.
