Spicejet is the worst airlines till now. They are worst at their service. I purchased the seat at the time of ticket purchase and their app shows that no saet has been assigned. Although the seat was clearly mentioned on the ticket. At the time of getting boarding pass they have randomly assigned back seats to me. They must have sold the front seat at higher price to someone else. They are actually good at harassing the passanger.

Very Poor & They are Fraudent upon cancellation of flights. Please don't use this application for flight bookings, I had a bad experience which I would like to share. When I book the tickets my airlines is SpiceJet, While checking the refund policy and cancellation terms. Without proper intimation or popup my booking got cancelled. At the very moment I informed this to SpiceJet but they told me that the booking got cancelled. And half of my amount is taken from me as cancellation charges.

The worst airline experience you ever get. Such a senseless operational flights. First they delayed the flight and later they cancelled just 1 hour before the flight and didn't even bother to arrange an alternate. I will never ever use my another rupee on this airline and not encourage any one to fly in this airline.
