App said transaction failed. Then I bought ticket offline. Later they deducted my money .worst app
There are many issue cannot open the spicecash payment in topup. Could not renew my spice offer and also having problem with while making the payment for purchase of ticket. Due to this i had to booked my ticket with indigo airline. Pls improve ur app against indigo ur app is very slow to open. Specially improvement required in topup and renew of memberships and finally required fast clearance for the payment deduction.
In one word...disappointed. This is the first time I tried the app after a booking on the website. I earned SpiceCash and I thought of upgrading to SpiceMax on my first experience with the airline. While upgrading I selected the option SpiceCash & had already refilled paytm for balance amount. But after completing the transaction, it deducted both my SpiceCash & Paytm amount & I haven't been allotted a seat. Very upset as I was looking forward to the experience. I am now not going to pay any additional money before the flight untill I get my refund, even if that be after the flight. Sad part is they gave SpiceCash on a booking on the website & took it back on the app with an extra bonus. Please don't download the app. I will be raising my complaint shortly this evening but the very process of complaints like write a mail etc is something the business traveller doesn't have time for. Avoid SpiceMax if you should and the app too.
The worst app ever. I lost 3000+ rs using this. They said payment is not completed and ticket cancelled. Then i booked via paytm got confirmed ticket. Then there comes confirmed ticket from this app (even i cancelled ) i lost my money . I cancelled that confirmed ticket which cost me 3200 rs. And then the customer service is also very bad i will give .00001 star for this app
Every single month i book a ticket from this app (as i dont have a choice for the sector i fly) and every single time it gives an error after the payment has been processed. Worst customer service executives in the call centre who are trained NOT to help the passengers. Even after reserving a spicemax seat, i did not get it and I lost my 700 for the same. I was promised that the amount would be credited back into my ac, but as expected its been more than 15days ..after a commitment of 7 working days. Spicejet is so crap that they dont even bother to reply to a passenger's grievances. Thanks spicejet for being such a terrible service offering firm..in this service industry.
Third class app. I should've read the reviews before installing and using it. Used it to book a meal. My account debited but meal not booked. On contacting customer care, they say "We can't do anything. Please book another meal if you need" A bunch of cheats out there at spicejet!! Wish there was an option here to share screenshot of the email showing how their customer care responded.
