1. Flight delayed last minute with no option to get a refund / reschedule as they have no alternative flights. 2. Despite zero check-in luggage, they charged us over 5000 Rs. for extra cabin luggage. No option to check-in at the gate. The weight limit is 3 kg below other airlines. 3. No kiosk / counter - only bag check in that are there to charge extra money.

Horrible. Have been trying to get status of my refund, but not able to log in.. Your telephone numbers are much more horrible. I have tried 27 times to speak to the concerned person and every time I was on phone for 5-6 minutes, but response never went beyond "all our executives are busy helping other customers". May I know how long it will take to get the refund of a flight dated 20.08.2026 cancelled by the airlines itself?

Worst airline operating in India. They delay the flights, cancel without even informing, reschedule and then cancel again. And on top of that, the refund policy and guidelines are pathetic. Don't know how are they still running in India. Don't book spicejet instead pay abit more and have peace of mind.
