Personally think this app (as well the bank) is the worst among the ones I have used so far (compared to ACB, Vietinbank and Vietcombank). First, whenever you have issues with third party app (transport ticket, flight, etc.) and they charged you for unsuccessful ticket bookings (it showed that your balance has been deducted). And then when you called CS (or even went to the bank) they didnt really show effort to support you. Be careful when making purchases/ booking tickets with this bank.

High fees. And money sometimes just disappear from the account, without any explanation.

the face verify step was so buggy after the holiday which should be fixed by now. I also requested a new password yesterday via email two times and received 0 response from the bank
