This thing is a joke for a product from leading tech providers. Login is messy, and once you're in, the chat is impossible to find. Even once you start a chat, if you have to switch apps (e.g. for troubleshooting) you have to re-run the servicescan. It worked in the past, but it's just horrendous now.

Thank you for your review. It's true that our Messenger Button in this app is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. We are currently re-developing this Messenger option and expect to make it available soon. Hopefully, other than this, you are happy with our app.

I notified Ziggo about Internet subscription cancellation on September 27 and got confirmation email saying that it will be cancelled at the end of October but just received an invoice for November. There is no way to contact them other than calling by phone (despite their own web site saying otherwise) which is ridiculous especially when someone has already left the country. The app is completely useless as well. Updated: Was able to reach them via Facebook. Chat doesn't exist as of now.

Edit 20-11: Thanks for the update, Max! Thanks for reviewing the Vodafone & Ziggo app. Sadly the chat in our app is under maintenance, otherwise you could have reached our customer support this way. Calling only option? No, Chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or X are the full options.

Unable to find certain info. e.g how to set/change the limit for Vodafone pay. Only general info or link to Google Play. Going round in circles and AI assistant of no use. Also App is very slow and ask often to log in while you're actually logged in. And you are asked again and again to accept cookies.

Thank you for your review. It's true that we ask you to log in regularly for security reasons. Our customers' safety is very important to us. A limit for Play Store purchases cannot be set from within our app. You can set this limit on your own device in your Play Store account. We hope you're still satisfied with our app.
