It has gotten so much worse. Anyone can get through that stupid TOBi robot? I can't file a complain about terrible reception because numerous errors and glitches. This tobi thing is useless. Can't reach a person. What the? I think I need to change this provider. Customer service is nonexistent. UPD: And now they charge 100TL/week for communications without packages. I'm soo leaving... its an absolute ripoff.

Horrible UI, full of stuff no one cares or needs. You can't find anything even if set on English as their half-assed translation is unexistent after the first menu. Trying to find a number for support? Good luck, only in Turkish. Vodafone is a company to be avoided for their incompetence and inability to provide three expensive service we pay them for.

worst app and worst company I have ever used, The app cant even have full english. Custumer support 0 there is no one system that everybody understands, While paying monthly fees there are extra unnecessary packages that adds on to you without you knowing about. I Don't recommend to anyone.
