Absolutely terrible app. Has always had issues with very simple things like logging on to your account, and never fixed them properly.

their customer support is really bad, 4g coverage is the poorest amongst all operators tho 5g is decent, they have discount campaigns you can use on other platforms but half of them doesn't work

It has gotten so much worse. Anyone can get through that stupid TOBi robot? I can't file a complain about terrible reception because numerous errors and glitches. This tobi thing is useless. Can't reach a person. What the? I think I need to change this provider. Customer service is nonexistent. UPD: And now they charge 100TL/week for communications without packages. I'm soo leaving... its an absolute ripoff.
