Ratings and reviews

Horrible UI, full of stuff no one cares or needs. You can't find anything even if set on English as their half-assed translation is unexistent after the first menu. Trying to find a number for support? Good luck, only in Turkish. Vodafone is a company to be avoided for their incompetence and inability to provide three expensive service we pay them for.

English support is bad. And Email confirmation mails barely being sent and when it happens it always fails to confirm my mail. And some other settings in profile settings are a bit broken. But other than these all good.

I can't confirm my email address. Although I received the confirmation email, the link shows as unsuccessful. I contacted customer service and they confirmed my email on their end however, the app still shows my email as unconfirmed.
