VoiceUPI is an SMS-based money management and payment-alert application.Its primary function is to detect credits and debits from newly received bank transaction SMS, announce received payments, and maintain local transaction history, summaries and analytics.
RECEIVE_SMS is required so this functionality works automatically when a
new bank transaction message arrives. VoiceUPI does not request READ_SMS, does not read historical messages, personal conversations or OTP history, and does not initiate financial transactions.

When a customer pays you via PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, or any UPI app:
✅ App reads the bank SMS (5-digit sender IDs)
