Ratings and reviews

A great, durable watch and the app isn't bad. However, it ERASES all menstrual cycle information every time it updates! I am so busy that I can't remember when what should happen and I don't have a little packet of pills to remind me either. So when I have to scratch my head about when the red tide is coming, it makes me even more furious than I already am. I've been using this app for over two years and it has done this many times. I have absolutely NO historical data of that timeframe.

I've had this watch for 4years now. I love it. Previous watch was a fit bit and that lasted just over a year and I couldn't get any support when it wouldn't switch on. Only issue I've had with the Volkano is that the charger doesn't always charge properly. You can plug it in and the charger sign will show up, come back in 2hours and the phone hasn't charged at all. Other than that, it's been a great buy and I'd buy it again. Very reasonably priced in comparison to other smart watches.

The app generally works okay and very easy to use but the sync to Strava does not give correct time and average values for running. Somehow seems to be fine for walk mode though. Should also incorporate autopause options function for exercises like what most reputable sports apps have.
