Volkano Active app is the companion app specially designed for the Volkano Active Activity Tracker and the Volkano Active Sport Watch.

Without compromising your style, our sport smartwatch is not only a traditional smartwatch but a powerful sport computer to monitor your performance in real time, and also let you receive text message and notifications from your smartphone.

This product is for general fitness and wellness use only and is not intended for medical use.

The most neediest app ever created. You switch data and Bluetooth off and you constantly get notifications that it's not connected to the watch. I know it's not connected, stop informing me. It's like a needy ex who just can't leave you alone, who constantly text you. Just stop it. Everything else is great about the app, buy man, the needy reminder is beyond annoying

App works well, Have a Steller GPS VK-5063 connected to the app. The Watch tracks pace,speed and distance right, but the app uploads incorrect data to Strava and Samsung Health connect. As soon as it sends data to either of the above mentioned apps, pace and speed of the activity is way off. The syncing option with 3rd partied apps doesn't work correctly. Syncs, connects, sends incorrect data. Just a heads up to the dev team.😉 5 stars once that can be corrected.

The watch is unreliable. it's stops counting your steps randomly and restarting it does no good. More, if you reset it, the app will erase all the data for that day. I don't know why things are this way but it's frustrating to go for a walk then realize an entire kilometer worth of steps hasn't been accounted for.
