I was so happy to finally find an app where I could recycle and resell some of my clothes. Sadly, waited for over a month for the kit to arrive (never arrived). I messaged costumer service a few times, sometimes taking over over a week to respond, assuring me the kit would be sent. Nothing ever arrived.
