• When B-Phone calling is enabled for your number, incoming business calls can ring directly in the app, including while the app is in the background.
• Answer or decline incoming calls using the Android incoming-call screen. If you do not answer, calls continue according to your configured fallback routing.
• Use the app to place outbound calls showing your business landline number as caller ID.

This allows you to separate business and personal calls while maintaining a consistent and professional image.
