This app provides a useful and secure way to communicate with my patients when I am not in clinic. I have had difficulty adding patients to my contacts list but I haven't spent a lot of time troubleshooting this issue. Vsee is the best telehealth platform I've seen for integrating all aspects of my practice. Easy scheduling, stable video, adequate EMR, efficient and reliable billing. There are some areas where it could be improved but the solutions I've developed are adequate.

UPDATE: FIXED -It was my fault, after the upload everything went back to default settings and the sound set was on low. So I went into my settings/sounds/apps/VSee and picked out the loudest ring tone. After that update it went back to no sounds. My phn doesn't ring when my Doctor calls or sends messages through VSee.

Terrible support. I am using the app as part of a paid for service. The connection is so bad I need to use the landline phone with the video so that others can hear us. Its cosing us £30 a month for broadband and the equipment with Vsee installed, we cant get out of it until 2022. The provider of the equipment has looked into it and found our connection is via a fixed route, Vsee are the only ones that can fix it. They will probably ignore this like all feedback.
