Requires the VIP SRS system and login.

You can create and manage draft, display, and product tasks that are used to collect information about sales visits as they occur.

You customize and manage your tasks online on the VIP SRS Website. The tasks you set up using KARMA are accessible by any smartphone or tablet mobile device for your sales reps to take on site.

Ratings and reviews

Not bad. Needs more. Especially the map feature the iOS version has. I go to several different accounts daily and the map feature is absolutely crucial. Please add this and I will give 5 stars! Update 8/6/19: Several times over the last week my reports will not submit. There have also been many hours where I am able to access my accounts altogether because "internet is not connected" even though I have Wi-Fi or full network connection. Please work on these bugs.

This app is no where near the iTunes app is and seems to always have some type of an issue or error. I have been struggling using this app for almost 4 years. it shuts down or boots me off and sometimes never retains my notes. it is currently says it has a bug and I cannot use it at all. The developer needs to build a better interface where it will work like the iTunes one.

Edit: 12/4/19... still 2 stars, bc even though now I can see reports, the last update took away the ability to edit the contact!!!! When it works, it's ok. I haven't been able to open a report for 3 days and it's incredibly frustrating! I can't effectively do my job without this, yet they wont bring the updated Karma app to Android. I think if I have to get a second phone for work, I may send the monthly bill to VIP for reimbursement.
