This is very close to amateurism...MOL please be serious! After registration you receive an email confirming you than within 24hours they will come back to you to activate your account. Almost 72 hours later nothing. Customer service has no clue about when they will come back to you exactly. The app itself is not working you can't see any available cars location. Sometime even they don't find your location. So far = very bad start...
In 2018 an app should at least have a proper registration process. After struggling to input all my data (eg when typing credit card weird characters were introduced automatically) nothing happened no email nothing. Login does not work either. come on guys....
After registration nothing works... available cars disappear from map so its useless. I got no answer from customer service either .
Registration process was okay (activation took two days), but when I tried to open the reserved cars (multiple times), I just couldn't. Call center was unavailable, waste of my time.
I've registered 3 weeks ago, they still not confirmed my account. Impossible to contact them because no support email address shown anywhere.
