Ratings and reviews

Overall good, but I wish the app would give us explanations for the thresholds for low impact, moderate impact, and high impact, especially when used to describe wind impacts. We need this data to stay safe! The consistency is also very off on weather alerts. I'll get a "severe thunderstorm" alert a full 10 mins after the storm has started, but a "lightning" alert right on time... And please stop cutting off videos before they finish talking!

The app works pretty well. One issue I have is when there are weather news headlines/updates, there is a notification sound which plays very loudly that I have not been able to find a setting to turn off or decrease the volume on. This usually seems to happen between 7 and 8 am modt days but has also happened in the middle of the night a few times.

over all,, as of this chat,, comment. no major issues,, problems. have readed some of the comments here,, have not been having those issues problems reading in the comments. only thing I would give negative rating on is this. update,, updates,, would like to know what is updating,, when I look,, it only saids,,,,what's new,,,, but I'm not seeing what's new,, my rating on the update,, updates is,,,,0,,,,, since do not know what is updating.
