DONT DOWNLOAD THE APP FOR YOUR OWN INFORMATION SAFETY. The app keeps the data and does not remove it. The information provided in the description on removing the data and deleting the profile (on google play here) is a SCAM. I texted twice the customer service (the bot) to delete my account & information and they told me that it is being processed and the customer service will call me and no body did. It has been 1 to 2 weeks.

I had a terrible experience with Wafarha. Their application deducted a huge amount from my visa without authorisation, and instead of solving the issue immediately, they told me it was a “glitch” and that I would need to wait around 15 days to get my money back. This is completely unacceptable. Not only did they fail to protect my account, but their customer support was unhelpful and showed no urgency or care in fixing such a serious issue. Losing a significant amount of money due to their app
