I can't login. The app returns an error says "Trouble connecting. check your internet connection". It returns the same error whether I'm connected to WIFI or 4G. after the last update, it still gives an error but a different one just says "Error Happened" Still can't login.

My experience with the app has been disappointing due to delays in processing my refund. It has been over three months, and I am still being told that the case is “under review” without a clear update. I hope the team can improve communication and speed up the refund process, as this would greatly enhance user trust and overall experience

scam, over 3 years with many opportunities to try I got no cashback over these 3 years with orders from many providers I contacted their support multiple times, and we kept running in circles with no progress not recommend at all
