Ratings and reviews

This is the most glitchy, infuriating app to use, with essential notes about potential red flags of pets never loading when requesting available services, messages I send just disappear into thin air, app not loading, and trying to change banking info is just impossible. I'll enter my info a million times and it just does nothing every time.

I've had great experiences with most of the animals and pet parents, but this app is constantly glitchy. It's extremely frustrating and inconvenient! I spent 30+ minutes today trying to close out a walk and the same thing happened yesterday...and this isn't a new issue. I even cleared the app cache and restarted my phone twice to no avail. Also, the 40% commission Wag takes is pretty steep.

The dogs and the clients on this app are really good but the app is not user friendly. There's no back button or prompt that pops up to ask you, "Are you sure?" this makes the app hard to use if you accidentally press a cancel button. The prices are really low on the app so sometimes it's not even worth a walk or a sitting. It's really hard to communicate with clients because messages don't come through on time.
