Ratings and reviews

beyond the awful set up for sitters, this app is garbage. It crashes constantly andwon't load pages even if I restart the app multiple times. This, in fact, means that deleting your sitting account is a nightmare, because you need your app to do that. It won't let me upload my ID (why the hell it needs that when I got verified is anyone's guess), so I can't delete my account. I'm in a back and forth with "customer service." They can't delete my account on their end either.

The sign up process is relatively easy. It required me to pay for a background check and to get 5 endorsements but I was able to sign up without the endorsements (however it just looks better to have them and makes it easier to get jobs). I have made over $2,000 so far on the app after roughly 2 years (I'm not as active on it as I should be). The pet owners have been really polite, understanding, and reasonable. I have not had an issue with support so far either. I highly recommend trying it.

That is a really great service , but there are some issues. i wish they would add an additional confirmation.After the pet owner has confirmed a request. the caregiver should be able to then confirm as well. otherwise , you might wait for hours to find out if you got a sit and not hear anything back, but then get booked at the last minute when you've already made different plans. I have also accidentally confirmed twice.And there's no way to undo it.
