Ratings and reviews

The dogs and the clients on this app are really good but the app is not user friendly. There's no back button or prompt that pops up to ask you, "Are you sure?" this makes the app hard to use if you accidentally press a cancel button. The prices are really low on the app so sometimes it's not even worth a walk or a sitting. It's really hard to communicate with clients because messages don't come through on time.

Spent all my time and effort and money paying the deposit + getting endorsements + background checked and the app will not work. Stuck in an infinite loading loop from open (forced into a glitched full-page reminder to sign a new updated policy, subtitled "sign by null") and the AI assistant is literally no help at all. Disappointing waste.

There hasn't been a single walk where I didn't experience a glitch. Pet parents are still unable to request services with me even though the pet parent and I did everything the tech support people said we should do. They don't inform people of app service updates, such as change in service extension request. Tech support has no phone number which I'm assuming is because they get so many complaints and don't want to take accountability.
