What do I need to do to make a withdrawal?
When making a withdrawal for the first time, you’ll need to verify your identity with a valid driver’s license, passport or medicare card. Every withdrawal after this, you’ll be able to select your amount and cash out instantly.

Can I get my pay instantly?
Yes, if you’re with any major banks (eg. CBA, ANZ, Westpac) you will receive cash in your account instantly, smaller banks may take up to 1 – 2 business days.

How much does Wagetap cost?
Maximum of 5% transaction fee and 24% interest per annum. Minimum is a 5% transaction fee. For example, the repayment for a wage advance of $100, your repayment will be $105.46 This includes $5 (5% transaction fee) and $0.46 (24% interest per annum). Wagetap offers flexible repayments options you can choose from. We recommend options that align with your pay cycle, unless you select otherwise. Minimum repayment is 61 days and maximum is in 62 days.

Rubbish app that constantly bugs, disconnects from bank then won't reconnect, contacting customer service about the issue will result in customer service suggesting you owe money as you've missed repayments, that's why disconnected, ect. Place blame on customer and provide no service. Also the promise of increasing the amount you are allowed to withdraw is never going to happen. Avoid this app like the plague!!! Edit: I have reached out & the engineering team had no date for fixing my issues.

Wish I could rate this lower, it's the biggest waste of time and you're best off using MyPayNow or BeforePay. The app let me cash out, it was paid back on time then when I tried to cash out again its telling me I'm not Eligible, & absolutely nothing has changed in my circumstances so this app can go screw itself! The more reviews I'm reading the more I'm seeing people are experiencing the same bloody issue!!

Was told after 3 repayments I could up my withdrawal limit but still can't and I've made repayments atleast 8 times. Im also somehow not eligible for the bill splitting feature as a full-time worker and always make my repayments but Ive seen people with on Centrelink who earn less than half of my wage become eligible. Not happy.
