Afterpay is Brilliant. App is unnecessary. Using the website on my phone is much more user friendly, I don't have to fight through heaps of ads to try find the way to see my upcoming payments. I don't understand the reason for the app. And it's one of those horrendous ones where you can't close out of it.

The lack of support is unbelievable. Had a payment due to come out, and despite the card being valid for another 6 weeks and money being in account to cover payment, payment was rejected. Tried to get chat support through app and have been waiting for three hours and counting!!! Closing the account and want nothing more to do with them.

they collect a lot of sensitive data like pass port, home address, driver license etc and still message you saying "please provide additional documents verified by a trustee" I'm going on 4 weeks now and still can't get an account to work. I've asked for they're help but it's very vague and misguiding. I'll change my review if it works out.
