Ratings and reviews

The app won't update, upgrade, there's no button to do this, it just sits there and does nothing, and I can't access my account to make payments until the app is upgraded on my Phone because the laptop app doesn't have a custom payment option, and I have over 100 payments to make, where I could make 1, 2, 3 or 4 payments as I see fit when the apps are loaded correctly! Until then I can't make a payment!

I have been a member/user for a long time. Never once had a problem ... LATELY it's not letting me make any payments at all, keeps coming up error. No matter which payment option I choose via the app! Its not my card/banks error either as I was advised to log on via the website and it worked.... Have uninstalled/reinstalled several times, and it still does it..

You used to get the first two weeks with no payment and payments starting a fortnight later, this was amazing and worked great with fortnightly pays. However afterpay don't offer this anymore and being on a fortnightly pay cycle, it is just not as beneficial as it once was with managing the budget.
