Afterpay is Brilliant. App is unnecessary. Using the website on my phone is much more user friendly, I don't have to fight through heaps of ads to try find the way to see my upcoming payments. I don't understand the reason for the app. And it's one of those horrendous ones where you can't close out of it.

The recent update removed the one good feature that tells what amount of money is due for each week. I have so many active orders and it took me ages to calculate the weekly payment amount that was due. Could you please bring that feature back. Also, I don't get the weekly reminder emails now if I check the app multiple times a week. I feel like it's trying to make us miss a payment on purpose so we lose our perfect payments record.

I'm really disappointed that afterpay has changed the apps interface for no valid or helpful reason, interchanging the spend amount and limit that serves absolutely no purpose. Most importantly REMOVING the weekly due amounts. That is the worst, most unreliable and inconvenient attempt to trick customers into not being able to budget their payments. Now we have to rely on last minute reminders or calculate multiple orders ourselves with possible errors. it's a cash grab trick. Everyone complain!
