Afterpay is Brilliant. App is unnecessary. Using the website on my phone is much more user friendly, I don't have to fight through heaps of ads to try find the way to see my upcoming payments. I don't understand the reason for the app. And it's one of those horrendous ones where you can't close out of it.

1 star rating for the app, not for the financial service! the option to split payments offered here is great! however the app is terrible! used to be good, but for a few months it's been terrible. takes ages to open, to navigate it is very slow, impossible to use. I only use it now to ensure I pay the upcoming bills on my time, otherwise, I don't even bother trying to open it.

The best. More product choice available when you don't have to pay a lump sum. I quite often can't afford the lump sum outlay but I know I could afford to pay it off if I was allowed. And no interest on your debt, well hey, who can complain? Thank you Afterpay. I really do appreciate the lend. Sorry if I was late paying. I was paid late by the government. All in all, a great experience and excellent customer service.
