Afterpay is Brilliant. App is unnecessary. Using the website on my phone is much more user friendly, I don't have to fight through heaps of ads to try find the way to see my upcoming payments. I don't understand the reason for the app. And it's one of those horrendous ones where you can't close out of it.

What has happened to this app? Used to work fine, no issues. In the last couple of months, all of a sudden it is SUPER SLOW. From formerly taking a few seconds to load up, now it takes at least 20-30 seconds, sometimes even more if your internet connection is not optimal. And once you're finally in, it's still slow to respond to clicks and swipes to access pages. Very frustrating.

For the past couple of weeks now i have been having a lot of trouble logging into the app when before I never had a problem. I can't even use the website or change my password because of same issue, im glad I'm not the only one having issues. But also as some others have said, how can I make my payments if I can't access my account and because of this afterpay will continue to penalize with late fees and dropping limits for something that is out of my control. Come on afterpay..please fix this.
