Afterpay is Brilliant. App is unnecessary. Using the website on my phone is much more user friendly, I don't have to fight through heaps of ads to try find the way to see my upcoming payments. I don't understand the reason for the app. And it's one of those horrendous ones where you can't close out of it.

Clear and very useful when you really need something, but really, it is not something to rely on every day – good financial management is better than being perennially in debt to something like Afterpay. That said, I do use it occasionally for treats, and can plan easy payments without being taken by surprise by exorbitant interest rates on credit cards.

I have been getting strange bank transactions from Afterpay and I'm trying to match them with purchases, but the new UX on the order/history pages makes this very difficult. Why do you no longer itemise payments by date? Having to go into each purchase to look through the payments separately, rather than seeing a statement with all of the installments made by date makes no sense. Not being able to easy track upcoming or payments made means I'll be using Afterpay less.
