• Waitlist — Day full? Join the waitlist for a time slot and we will let you know the moment a spot opens.

• Appointments at a glance — Upcoming trips, past visits, and payment status for every booking.

• Live bus tracking — A heads-up and ETA when the Waggin' Wagon is on its way for pickup or drop-off.

• Notifications you control — Toggle reminders, photo alerts, promotions, and messages in Account → Notifications.

• In-app messaging — Message the team about pickup timing, special instructions, or anything your pup needs.
