(RIP OFF!) May 4, 2025 States on the subscription $9.99 after 3 day free trial period. Immediately billed my account $10.79 and only offered 1 phone number lookup. Didn't explain the fee was per phone number you look up. So I was charged for a full month just to get only 1 lookup. Canceled subscription and uninstalled app just to get a Google message stating they can't cancel my subscription until July 4, 2025 with NO REFUND of any kind. Do not download this app!

PAID for monitoring and I can't monitor anything. At all. Tried to cancel the subscription and there's no option, no contact us tab, no menu. NOTHING. Totally seems like it's a scam app to get your info, money or both, most likely. HEY DEVELOPER.... I'D LIKE A REFUND ASAP PLEASE!!!

ok GIYASTAR you were supposed to be support and you don't even know your own app? Keith is correct same thing happened to me they only give you two options the first is weekly which means you have to pay immediately or monthly and you can click on the 3 day free trial do not say that there is a misunderstanding! they only give you two options one is for weekly the other for monthly you have to choose monthly to get the 3 day free trial I have picture proof no annual option at the start up!
