I have used this app for like a year and never failed, but now I'm having problems with my rewards and have been sending them reports and everything and just says wait a lilt bit more and it has passed more than a week and nothing. It was good back then, but now just gets worse if you want cash out you need to wait for up to three days and then for it to say that is pending and after that nothing happens not rewards.

I previously gave this app 4 stars because it worked well and the payouts were processed quickly. However, my last five redemption requests have been pending for over one to two months, and every complaint receives the same generic response asking me to wait a few more days. The lack of resolution and poor customer support is very disappointing, so I'm changing my rating to 1 star.

This app does payout. However recent updates have made collecting coins such a pain. Ad loading errors are frequent and sometimes prevent you from collecting most of the coins. Even when they do load,they're becoming excessive. A one minute ad after only collecting 3 coins is extremely annoying. I get that the app is free but I wish the ads were a little more reasonable.
