Very impressed with this app overall. It's a little bit buggy mainly because it freezes quite often in the middle of a workout, causing me to have to restart the app. Luckily, it leaves off where you last started. I think the handstand program could be improved.. for me at least, it only has the two same exercise progressions for my recommended training program, and they're pretty difficult for me. Maybe with continued practice I'll find thats all I need to master the full handstand.

So far so good. Was able to use the superset exercise option to create a custom workout routine for my TKD sparring team which includes timed warmups, stretches, drills, sparring and conditioning. First app I could find that could do exactly what I wanted. Also, good that I can use it to keep track of groups of techniques that my team has been learning. This will help me as a coach better tailor training to address any holes in my team's game. Great work Devs! Please add workout sharing.

I opted for this app over others and giving credit where it's due it has a large library of different workout techniques and the way it runs through routines is fantastic. The calendar though is very sloppy and pretty much usless. This app would really benefit from having a regular 12 month cycle calendar that shows upcoming routines and logs previous routines and can be adjusted through its own dedicated calendar section.
