Manage your Wallos instance from your phone with Wallos Mobile, an unofficial mobile client for self-hosted Wallos.

Track recurring spending, spot upcoming due dates and keep control of your budget. The app connects directly to the Wallos instance you choose: your server, your data, your control.

Your overview
• See upcoming payments, active subscriptions, and estimated monthly and yearly costs.
• Compare current-month costs with the previous month.
• Track a monthly budget or a period budget: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
• Spot overdue renewals and savings from disabled subscriptions.

Manage your subscriptions
• Add, edit, disable, delete, or duplicate a subscription.
• Manage daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or one-time renewals.
• Keep categories, logos, currencies, payment methods, household members, notes, and links.
• Search Wallos for a logo or upload one from your phone.
• Search, filter, sort, and view subscriptions in a list or grid.

Calendar, statistics, and exports
• View due dates in a monthly calendar.
• Analyze spending by category, payment method, and currency with clear charts.
• Export your subscriptions as CSV or JSON from your profile.

Local reminders
Enable notifications on your phone to be reminded before a due date. Reminders are scheduled locally and can be disabled at any time.

Connection and privacy
Connect with your instance URL and Wallos API key, or with your Wallos credentials. Two-factor authentication (TOTP or a backup code) is supported during sign-in. After credential sign-in, Wallos Mobile does not keep your password; your instance URL and API key are stored in the device’s secure storage.

The app does not store your Wallos data on a server operated by the publisher. Data you view and edit remains connected to your instance. HTTPS is recommended; local HTTP instances display a warning.

Wallos recommendations
On compatible, configured instances, view or generate Wallos AI recommendations to identify potential savings. This feature depends on your server configuration.

Demo mode
Explore the app without a server using a local demo containing sample data only.

An accessible Wallos instance and authorized access are required, except for demo mode. The app is not affiliated with Wallos and does not replace your Wallos server. The ad-supported version offers an optional one-time purchase to remove ads.
