Very poor functionality. Several days after I download the app most of its functions go away. I'm unable to check lottery tickets via scanning, or use other functions. I've talked to both the Washington lottery staff and to the tech help staff that Washington lottery uses. Apparently the tech help staff are also working for the company that wrote the actual lottery app. No one has been able to offer me any type of assistance with this. I have to delete and then reinstall the app weekly.

This app does not allow me to log in. I set up an account (through this app) And it constantly will say cannot login but if I go to the actual website I can. I've cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled x3, nothing helps. The data input fields don't allow autopopulation from save data on the phone except 1 field. Address check database outdated. At least they updated the scanner so they're slightly more intuitive. They could hire one system's analyst for a month and fix all of these problems.

When it works, it's great. Unfortunately, it frequently and seemingly randomly opens to a menu screen that does not provide access to the ticket scanner. I have tried multiple fixes without success. When it happens, I have no choice but to just close the app & try again later. Sometimes it is just a short period of time & sometimes it is days or weeks before it opens & works correctly.
