Wardly is a real-time clinical notes app for hospital ward teams. One shared live feed for every doctor and nurse on the ward β post a note, the whole team sees it instantly β‘, with a push notification π. Every acknowledgement is recorded, so nothing slips through.

Create or join your ward π₯
One person creates a ward. Wardly generates a 5-digit code π’. Share it with your team β they tap Join Ward, enter the code, and they're in.
Add your patients π§ββοΈ
Add patients once. Notes are automatically filed correctly. Search across wards with highlighted results π.
Post a note βοΈ
Write the update, set priority (Normal βͺ / Urgent π΄ / Low π’), hit post. Done. Urgent notes trigger high-priority push alerts π¨.
Team sees it & acknowledges β
A teammate taps Acknowledge β everyone sees who handled it, when, and what they replied. Full audit trail. Zero confusion.
