Wardly is a real-time clinical notes app for hospital ward teams. One shared live feed for every doctor and nurse on the ward — post a note, the whole team sees it instantly ⚡, with a push notification 🔔. Every acknowledgement is recorded, so nothing slips through.

Create or join your ward 👥
One person creates a ward. Wardly generates a 5-digit code 🔢. Share it with your team — they tap Join Ward, enter the code, and they're in.
Add your patients 🧑‍⚕️
Add patients once. Notes are automatically filed correctly. Search across wards with highlighted results 🔍.
Post a note ✍️
Write the update, set priority (Normal ⚪ / Urgent 🔴 / Low 🟢), hit post. Done. Urgent notes trigger high-priority push alerts 🚨.
Team sees it & acknowledges ✅
A teammate taps Acknowledge — everyone sees who handled it, when, and what they replied. Full audit trail. Zero confusion.
