There are 5 chargers in my locality. 1 of them is badly damaged since more than 6 months. I have complained several times but the company doesn't care. For other chargers, I often get an error that the charger is already in use. It usually happens that none of these chargers can be connected because of the above issue though they are not in use. The company's customer support tries to help but can't do much. Their software is extremely poor

Lot of issues. Especially on connectivity and ending an active session. It used to be good. Now the quality has gone down drastically.

their convenience fee increased a lot without information. i now have to pay double ie their convenience fee is almost equal to my charging fee . don't recommend for daily use. better use bolt earth
