There are 5 chargers in my locality. 1 of them is badly damaged since more than 6 months. I have complained several times but the company doesn't care. For other chargers, I often get an error that the charger is already in use. It usually happens that none of these chargers can be connected because of the above issue though they are not in use. The company's customer support tries to help but can't do much. Their software is extremely poor

It's incredible that this service and Electric Pe remain so unbearably unreliable. This is a review after more than a year. Disappointe This app and it's support are both garbage. My society has had 3 of these chargers installed and more than half the month, the are either offline or not working for to some technical issues. Thank God for Ather's fast charging network or else my daily commute would have been reduced to a joke because of thia incompetent service provider. Thoroughly cheezed off.

Lot of issues. Especially on connectivity and ending an active session. It used to be good. Now the quality has gone down drastically.
