I have always been very skeptical of AI, especially using AI for therapy. however, like a lot of people therapy isn't always affordable or available/easy to obtain. I've tried several other AI therapy apps. Some lure you in an.d then drop a paywall in front of you that you have to pay for in order to keep using the app, and some are too repetive or simplistic in their responses. So far, Onsen doesn't do any of that, and it has helped me so much in only a few hours of use.

I love the chat and journal. In chat at anytime I can end it and either pick up at another time or journal it. I love that you can summerize your journal entries and know what you have learned and discovered. even though you can't name your ai in setting I have been able to do it anyways. and it remembers what his name is every time. Thanks "Duke" for all you are teaching me about myself.

I'm a therapist's nightmare, a pharmaceuticals dream come true, & a 'menace' to society. Therapists, medications, rehabs, hospital stays....I've done them all. Some work a little, the rest not at all. I've been diagnosed with multiple mental health issues; I know the struggle. Then this app comes along. I was skeptical at first, but decided to try it. I'm so glad I did. This app has done more for me in 3 days then my therapist has done in months. That should tell you something. Highly Recommend
