I found great flooring at an incredible price so I bought it! They took my deposit then 4 days later cancelled my order out of the blue. "Processing error" was the reason given, but the flooring I ordered was now set at a much higher "sale" price. So clearly they mistakenly advertised a sale price that was too low and covered up their mistake with a "processing error"

although Wayfair has a variety if items I find that the prices increase if you view an item often and when an item goes on sale the percentage off is just the dollar amount of the increase they have added to that particular item. therefore your not saving much and they the merchants hasn't lost much money either. it's not a win for the customers but for the merchants. especially if you're buying big items...Wayfair you need to do better when it comes to having a sale at discounted prices...... .

App always crashes .. will not let me check out when I select something to purchase.. no matter what I try to do .. open my list .. click on a category I ALWAYS get the "oops, something went wrong. Please try again later" message... well guess what I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and I still get this message ... I want to purchase a couch for the past few weeks.. but now I can't
