I have just signed up and had my first customer experience thru the app. It was like adult Legos, tedious, time consuming, and simple. There are no short cuts, just following directions. The customers were wonderful people and added a tip on top of what the app paid. All in all, the day, the trip, it was worth it. I will continue accepting new jobs with WayFair Service Pro. FYI. It takes time to build up enough appointments to pay the bills. Waited 2wks to get an available job. But it picks up.

The app is straight forward and easy to use. There's a few glitches here and there, still far less than most other apps. The customer service is what sets it apart for me though. US based customer service agents that, so far, all seem to be very knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. I actually enjoy the conversations. Lol.
