BillBuzz is a premium bill splitter for sharing costs — whether you're splitting restaurant bills with friends or sharing rent and household expenses with housemates or roommates.
With two distinct modes, BillBuzz helps split bills, calculate each person's fair share and make shared expenses easier to understand.

Sometimes everyone wants to pay exactly what they owe. Sometimes the group would rather make splitting the bill part of the fun.
BillBuzz does both.
JUST READ THE BILL ALOUD
Forget typing every item from a restaurant bill.
Read the items aloud using quantity, item and total price:
“One garlic bread, eleven fifty. Three rump steaks, sixty-nine dollars. One rib eye steak, forty-two dollars.”
BillBuzz turns them into items ready for splitting. Prefer typing? That's there too.
Add your splitees, include tax and tip, then decide how you want to split the bill.
KEEP IT SERIOUS — CLASSIC
Classic is for those “I didn't have that” moments.
Work through the restaurant bill and let each person claim what they had. Multiple items reduce as they're claimed, while shared dishes can be divided into portions.
Instead of dividing the total equally, this item-by-item bill splitter calculates what people actually had and what each person owes.
OR HAVE SOME FUN
With the right group, settling the bill doesn't have to be boring.
Wheel — Let the wheel decide who pays for each item.
Fair Shake — Everyone gets a share, with a little randomness added.
Random % — Let BillBuzz randomly vary each person's calculated share.
Chaos — One person gets the whole bill. Best used with friends who can take a joke.
The fun modes are optional. Choose Classic for a fair bill split, or an alternative when the table wants to make settling up part of the night.

LIVING — SPLIT RENT & HOUSEHOLD EXPENSES FAIRLY
BillBuzz Living helps housemates and roommates manage shared household costs without assuming every expense should be split equally.
Add housemates, enter rent, then add fixed and variable household expenses using voice or text.
Weighted Rent lets you allocate different percentages where someone has a larger room, an ensuite or another reason for paying a different share.
If the percentages don't total 100%, Auto Balance can adjust them automatically.
Shared expenses can also follow the household's own arrangements, including excluding someone from a cost they don't use.

Rent, utilities and other shared expenses can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
BillBuzz produces a Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly Living Summary showing household costs and each person's fair share.
Set when rent is due and how many days beforehand everyone should settle.
The summary shows rent, fixed and variable expenses, each housemate's contribution, rent due date and settle-by date.
Share Summary uses your device's sharing options to send the household breakdown so everyone can see who owes what.
