Ratings and reviews

When notifications are swiped away, the older notifications from the last 24 hours also come back as if they never reached my phone. Example: a new notification comes in, I clear it, as soon as it clears, the previous notification comes in, I clear that one and immediately another older one comes in. I gotta do that over and over again until they all clear out then when a new notification comes in, it's a repeat cycle. Super annoying!!!!!!!!

Notifications don't pop up when app announces 'a news station alert has arrived' so I have to manually open the app to see what was posted. I have uninstalled & reinstalled, didn't help.

why do I have to look at the weather team before actually seeing the weather? other apps get me to the weather quicker. I will be deleting.
