For a long time, at least 6 months, this app will not load up/populate with any weather info; however it shows in my apps as downloaded and Open. I've tried to re-,downloading app and re-opening....does not work. When I first set up on my phone, it worked every time I clicked on the icon on desktop. It's pretty much useless now. I would like the app to work for me again like it's supposed to.

When it works, it's awesome, but the App glitches at times I need it most....freezes upon opening and then won't respond to any taps, or will freeze in the local radar and won't update. I also do not get alerts for severe weather, even though all my app settings allow for notifications. Thankfully the alerts from Auburn PD still come through.

No alerts. I got all the severe weather notifications on and when I needed it to alert me, it didn't. Everyone else's phones around me with other weather apps going off for a tornado warning but yet, wsfa had nothing. Looked at the radar and it showed the warning polygon right on top of me. But no kind of notifications. Why? Even had my location on. Uninstalled and will find something else.
