Ratings and reviews

The main reason for my subscription is to watch live tennis €17 and its not working. All apps and the device itself is also updated. Followed every other possible step to solve the problem, no success. Troubleshooting till this point was not much use. They blame it on the device what feels like unethically hiding behind the real problem. Consider before you subscribe. I am very dissapointed with HBOmax, not good, not good. I only gave 1 star because it would not let me post with zero.

Why on earth would downloads expire without warning or any visible indication that this would happen at all without my explicitly removing them from downloads. And whatever is downloaded plays in such terrible quality that I'm left to wonder why I downloaded it in the first place. Of course the HBO app is happy to inform me that it's using up hardly any of the space on my tablet. That's great HBO! I would've achieved the same result _without downloading the HBO app in the first place_!

Keeps draining my data even when I've downloaded the media. Very disappointing, I can't use the app without WiFi or without putting the phone in flight mode
