Had this app for years and paid the annual fee some years to track working 2 jobs. The last few updates have seen an insane uptick in ads. I expect ads from a free app, what I don't expect is for the app to crash after every one. I even tried to pay the fee just to avoid this, but the app withdrew the money from my account, did not update, & thankfully returned the money to my account 2 days later. Now there's no settings panel and the app deletes or misrepresents data roughly 50% of the time.

Suddenly not permitting the "watch video to unlock" features option. I've used this app to track my tips since early 2015. A few years ago it upgraded WHAT you could track which was SOOO helpful!! Everyone would ask, "how was this day in past years" and I could look and see my sales, tips, Tipout, hourly wages and anything special I'd write in the notes (weather, events, call offs) Now it's ONLY the bare minimum with no watch to unlock options. :( So sad. I miss my App!

I've had tipsee since 2015, all my years backed up and have referred to it many times over the months. Recently when my phone updated my app kept crashing so I re-downloaded the new app. I had some trouble importing my data so I contacted customer service and they responded so quickly and helped me get all my data back on the new app. They were so quick and efficient and I'm so happy with the service and the app!
