HomeRoutine keeps a household running without anyone having to remember everything.

Every room holds the jobs it needs. Each one has its own rhythm — daily, weekly, every three
months — and HomeRoutine works out what is due today. Not a list that only grows: a plan that
knows the difference between "the bin goes out tonight" and "the windows are due sometime this
month".


ROOM BY ROOM, AT A GLANCE

Rooms carry their own colour, and it deepens as work builds up — one look tells you where the
household stands. Rooms keep their place in the list, so you find the kitchen where it was
yesterday, not wherever it drifted to. Tap one to see what it needs and tick it off.


BUILT FOR A WHOLE HOUSEHOLD

Everyone in the family shares one plan and sees the same thing. Tasks can belong to one person
or to everybody. Children get a simplified view with just the essentials.

Grown-ups keep the reins: only they create and change tasks, set coin values, and decide how far
ahead anyone may work. When a child ticks something off, an adult confirms it — including jobs
nobody assigned them.


COINS AND A REWARD SHOP

Children earn coins for the work they do and spend them on rewards their parents set up: a later
bedtime, picking the film, a trip to the cinema. Nothing is granted automatically — an adult
confirms every completion and decides what it was worth, and can add a bonus for stepping in
where nobody asked.


DOES NOT NAG

A day with seven jobs is a day nobody starts. Set a limit and the tasks that come around most
often quietly move to tomorrow — no penalty, no broken streak, no evening reminder for something
that was moved on purpose. Holidays pause everything. Finished a task early? That is fine,
within the limits you set.


TIMED TASKS

Some jobs are about sticking with them, not about the result. Give a task a duration and it comes
with a timer: pause it, put the phone down, come back. It counts as done when the time is done —
never before, and never by itself.
