Find Sales Nobody Listed
Some of the best sales never get posted anywhere. Turn on Find Unlisted Sales and the app puts sales that are happening right now on the map. It is opt-in and you choose how much you share: use it only while the app is open, or allow background location so sales get spotted while you drive. These are sales you will not find on any listing site, and the more shoppers using it, the more of them turn up.

Put Every Sale on One Map
Found sales in the newspaper, on Facebook or somewhere else? Add the addresses yourself, in the app or from your sale spreadsheet on the web, and they land on the same map and the same route as everything else. You decide what happens to each address: keep it on your own map only, share it with your local community right away, or release it at 10am on sale day so you get your head start and everyone else still gets the sale.

Neighborhood and Community Sales
Find whole-neighborhood and community-wide sale events, browse photos of what is for sale, and share the event with the people you shop with.

Selling? List Your Sale Free
List your yard sale, garage sale or estate sale for free, in the app or at YardSaleTreasureMap.com, and it goes on the map for every shopper in your area, with up to 16 photos, a description and your sale hours. Print yard sale signs with a QR code that takes shoppers straight to your listing, share the listing anywhere, and open Listing Analytics to see how many people are looking.

Ratings and reviews

Fairly straightforward app with the exception of the ability and ease to edit your listing if you've posted a sale. Spent a useless and extended amount of time to try to do that within the app, accessing the browser version, and doing a general how-to Google search. It was a bit ridiculous and still wasn't able to do the simple tweak I wanted. So make sure you get everything right on the first go. I couldn't even see where to obviously delete the listing in order repost correctly either.

App has absolutely no identity verification. Someone falsely put my address up on the app, presumably as part of a scam. I removed the listing, which was a simple form on their website. Which was nice, but also indicative of the problem. Anyone can post a listing anywhere, and anyone can take down any listing. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Overall great experience. It would be nice if there are more interactive features like notifying about new sales close by or by keywords in description. Also, sometimes it shows an event that, when opened, says it's cancelled. This information should have been pulled from the server in background and the event shouldn't be shown on the map at all.
