I had a very frustrating experience with WebMoney. After using the platform for transactions, I requested a withdrawal of my funds. Unfortunately, after completing the withdrawal process, my money never arrived and it seems to have disappeared from my balance. This situation has been extremely stressful because I trusted the platform to handle my funds safely. I also tried reaching out to support to understand what happened and resolve the issue, but I have not received a clear solution yet.

I had a very disappointing experience with WebMoney. I made a deal through their system, but the other party never sent my payment. I contacted WebMoney support multiple times and provided all required proof, yet my funds were not recovered.

I want to be honest, I received money and I was able to withdraw it through p2p, but there rate is high, 30% really, I received 100usd and I got 70usd, that's hefty, am really disappointed 😞
