Slow and difficult to use for turn. It takes 15+ minutes to load every time. 08/30/2023 still slow, took me a month to complete move-out statements this year than the max of a week it used to take. I took a 4-minute video of the time it took to get from clicking the finish button, to when it sent me the wheel of death. Sure, it is a small amount of time, unless you are processing move-outs of 500 bedrooms.

Can be extremely finnecky. Sometimes does everything you want fast, sometimes takes several minutes to react to your data entry. Doesn't matter if you are online or offline. Recently it won't show the description text. It's there but you can't read it. Like if it's white text on a white background. I have to memorize the answer placement when doing my annual inspections. Makes it difficult to let my team do this task when I'm the only one experienced with how the questions are layed out.

crashes way to often says my phon is low on memory and to to close apps when no others are open. It's this app that's using to much memory and I have a high end phone and tablet that gets this result. Way to often when I'm trying to do a task and take a photo the app crashes.. This happens at least once a day and doing PM's it's several times a day. To attach a photo I have to take the photos I will need them attach them from the library option. This adds 10 min to the unit inspection.
