I am very disappointed with WePlay's customer service. I contacted support regarding an issue with my account and submitted an appeal, but I have not received any response. It feels like the customer service system is there but not actually helping users. When players need assistance, especially with important account-related concerns, they should be able to get a timely reply. Being ignored for an extended period is frustrating and makes it difficult to trust the support system.

I reinstalled the app, but for the past month, it keeps showing 'loading resources,' 'net error,' and 'request timeout' whenever I try to play the games—even though my internet connection is strong. I have been waiting hoping it would fix itself, but the issue remains. Now, I am completely unable to play any games.

Player One
I was trying to register an account using my fb and google account but both failed due to an error. When I closed the app and tried again, it seems that my account is ready to log in, I haven't done my registration and haven't set up my account but when I attempted to log in, an error shows stating that my account is banned after they reviewed that one of my posts was against their policy. BUT I HAVEN'T EVEN SET UP MY ACCOUNT YET! When I tried to appeal, it was not approved.
