The app is GREAT! ❤It really was fun playing in this multiple mini game app especially the space werewolf🌷. But I had a bad experience cause my phone is lagging and I'm still frustrated on how it suddenly ask for a verification code when I didn't even put a number, please weplay update your account security😭. I'm really disappointed on how it suddenly ask verification code when a number isn't even bind 😭, thats a my problem here.. 😭 I don't mind the lagging cause it's on my phone...

I would like to get my account back so I can play and try to safety verification what I need to do to sign in but every code given doesn't work so I'm complaining I hope my account will be restored because I just want to play WePlay but the code they gave me doesn't work. I tried their customer service and told them about the problem but still nothing happened So when the new code that was given and I entered it is sent, it will say "This number has already been bound to another account"

dear weplay ph!!"Your update for WePlay Hide and Seek is terrible. It requires everyone to confirm just to start the game; it should just auto-start once the 8 players are complete. Also, players in other countries have sword and dance items, but here in the Philippines, we don't have them. This is awful, you only get 3 stars from me."
