Ratings and reviews

Last update on March 21st has it acting funny. Not able to enter the Place of Service without many attempts. Sometimes I can't enter it at all.

Cant enter correct times after last update.

Not user friendly and it is usually not working when you really really really need it to work. AKA HELLIGENT Not Welligent!!!
