Diverse Categories: Easily document key daily data points, including Weight, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Sleep, Water Intake, Steps, Mood, and Blood Sugar.

Custom Trackers: Tailor the experience to your exact needs by utilizing the Add Custom Metric feature for unique personal logging.

Contextual Tagging: Add situational depth to your entries with convenient context tags like After workout, Fasting, or Good sleep, and write specific observations in the notes field.

Interactive Dashboard: Monitor your current status at a glance with "Today's Snapshot," while keeping tabs on your active day streaks, total entries, and recent activity history.

Data Comparison: Unlock the ability to evaluate relationships between different habits. By logging at least two separate categories, you can compare metrics side-by-side to determine your progress.

Charts & History Logs: Examine your data variations over time through dedicated analytical charts, or review your complete chronological archive in the History tab.

Customized Preferences: Personalize your display in the settings menu by selecting your preferred units (kg/lbs for weight, °C/°F for temperature, and mg/dL / mmol/L for blood sugar), adjusting interface motion effects, or changing your default landing screen.
