Yet another ai related app that makes eggerated claims regarding its capabilities and what it can do. The layout and workflow is terrible and this app offers nothing that even the very basic free online tools can offer.

No way to cancel subscription in the app or website. You must contact support, and even then, they ignore or reject requests. I can’t delete my account because my subscription is still active, but there’s no option to cancel it myself. This is frustrating, feels unfair, and wastes users’ time. Apps should respect customers by making account and subscription management easy and transparent.

The app charged me automatically without notice in advance, Google Play Store charged money with no warning 2 days before the expiration, I cancelled the subscription plan, after which the app restored my plan for the month they already charged, and gave me zero credits. Nowhere in the app was it clearly stated any of these. Support Jessie, the Manager of Customer Relationship, was rude and refused to fix the issue or even to understand the problem. Reported to Google and my bank. Stay away.
