This has to be one of the worst experiences with an app I've ever had. I have to register and input a bunch of information (that is not required at a western union subsidiary) just to find out that the only available way to pay the money is to go to a subsidiary. A greater disappointment is that subsidiaries for app initiated transfers are not available in my area. This is literally the worst app ever. Wasted my time, gave them a bunch of my personal info. WORST EXPERIENCE GUARANTEED.

very bad app , the written exchange rate is not true , there is a difference between the app and the web , and the web is not working even , very bad customer service , why do you put a phone number that is not working .

Terrible app... Can't inter amount you want to send.... Cannot pay online... Less than primative...
