the app is pretty easy to use. however, if you add a new card it makes you enter a code and still doesn't let you send the money. this app has gotten worse. no matter what card I use to send money I always get a technical error saying it was a failure on their part. need to fix the app if you want to continue making money off the fees you charge.

Not all cards work when sending money, I recommend trying different ones. I dislike the high transfer fees to send an inmate the money as well but at least its fast and convenient then going in person somewhere, you just set up the information and if you need help you can Google stuff but once the information is correct it ends up saved and you can easily send the people money fast next time with the card on file.

I like the option to be able to send my son money... but the this transaction is considered a cash advance on my credit card. and the nearly $7 fee is fine but my credit card company charges me a cash advance interest rate rather than a transaction rate. Is there anyway to fix this issue? I send funds to another relative through a different app and they do not charge me any extra fees.
