I love it so far, it's a crazy shopping experience, I've found some good deals. My First purchase was the wrong item but it was an easy fix, I have a refund coming. What I didn't appreciate was when I requested my refund for the wrong product, I was reprimanded because I had already had an issue with being charged shipping twice, so I guess there's limit on how many times I can request a refund. I get punished?? change this what not, it's not nice.

The items supposed to be brand new as the sellers stated, but I received used/returned items from WhatNot. I'm not so impressed with the merchandise. You get good deals if not too many buyers/bidders on that certain sale event. I never had any luck to get any items less than $5.00. Always someone else placed higher bids on top of me! Could be a fix! I can't return the items eventhough I'm not happy with them!

I've been using the app for 3 years now. The most frustrating thing is that they support large scale sellers a lot more than small sellers, even though they advertise as a small seller accessible platform. besides that, the shipping structure is frustrating because you can only select from a range of weights for an item, for example 1-2 lbs if the item is 1.1 pound is an extra 0.o lb paid for that's unneeded. when bundling items this is very troublesome. I still have hope, but very little.
