The items supposed to be brand new as the sellers stated, but I received used/returned items from WhatNot. I'm not so impressed with the merchandise. You get good deals if not too many buyers/bidders on that certain sale event. I never had any luck to get any items less than $5.00. Always someone else placed higher bids on top of me! Could be a fix! I can't return the items eventhough I'm not happy with them!

I love it so far, it's a crazy shopping experience, I've found some good deals. My First purchase was the wrong item but it was an easy fix, I have a refund coming. What I didn't appreciate was when I requested my refund for the wrong product, I was reprimanded because I had already had an issue with being charged shipping twice, so I guess there's limit on how many times I can request a refund. I get punished?? change this what not, it's not nice.

im giving this app a 2 star only because the merchants are great. But there is no support from Whatnot what so ever, support is none existence. No phone calls, email support, comes back with an email saying the the email they are responding with is no longer in service. so how do we get a hold of someone to help with issues. I spent a lot of money here. Now I cant even log in, because of an error in the email, that cant be fix, because I cant get a hold of anyone.
